    My Inspiration Picture--The dreaded "Before" photo

    Here I am a few days before I started Atkins in August. Seeing this picture was my "AH HA!" moment.

    I will try to post a during picture this week.

    Sorry I look a little out of it in the picture--it was taken without warning.
