Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

haha. thanks so much. facial expressions were totally unplanned. its funny because now that im looking back at the pics, it reminds me of a weight loss commercial. you know, the ones where in the before pictures the person looks lifeless and miserable and in the afters they are all posed and cheesing for the camera. funny that how i was feeling in each set of pics is really obvious. can't wait to see what my goal pics will look like!

All I can say is "skinny!!" You look fantastic!! - and yes your face on the second lot of pics shows just how great you feel! If I looked like you, I'd be walking, sleeping and eating with a smile on my face!! hehe!

Susan- Thank-you. I am getting happy with how I look, but more importantly, I FEEL marvelous on the inside once again. It's truly remarkable. Yes, I am in Pre-M now. I love doing this the right way-finally! Keep it up and you will continue to shrink!

Luckily, I have a very secure boyfriend who knows that is my true personality-and how I was when I met him, before I gained so much weight. I tell him he made me fat and happy Thanks for the support and keep up the good work!
