                              Suzan- not nearly as much as I should. I stay active by running, playing basketball, playing ice hockey, doing the occassional crunches, and running around daily with my dogs. The exercize I get with my dogs is the only daily thing I do. The other is sporatic at best. I definitely recommend getting more exercize than I do..I'm sure I'd be at goal by now if I did more. Thank-you for the compliment!
