    Hi FrankoRock!
    I am pretty new as well. I finished Induction and have lost 20 lbs.! It's a great feeling. The Atkins family are wonderful ,caring, supportive people and they make it easy to stick to the diet! I love it! Welcome!

      oh my God, 20 pounds! thats amazing! congratulations!!! I been on this thing for about a week now and I can actually in all honesty say. I am proud of the people that do well, and I actually feel really good about being a part of this community. Glad you knocked off 20lbs. Good luck on the rest of your weight loss! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PEANUT!!!

      AND OH MY GOD!!! SHORTY1987!!! he posted in one of MY THREADS!!! wow... see thats a big surprise to me. Thats my little brother and we're on the same journey, and we're working together. He said he didn't want to post on this thing. I really want him to since I was introduced to ADBB through him. I am really glad he did, he lost something like 25lbs since we started, now that is an awesome accomplishment as well. We've only been on it for about 3 weeks. He is doing better then I am. Aweosme job Justin, and I think you tore open the heavy bag today to by the way, I seen sand everywhere.

        That's so cool that you and your brother are doing Atkins. Isn't it great to have a partner? My husband is on Atkins and he's lost a ton of weight. I love the support I get from him. Especially when I'm about to down a bag of Cheetos and he stops me saying" You don't need those,You're losing and getting skinny" I LOVE that.Me??? Skinny????LOL

          Welcome Franko and congrats on those 8lbs lost forever! You'll love it here. I've been on this WOL and on this board for 4 1/2 months and it's fantastic. It's awesome that you and your brother are on this together. Well, I think my whooshie pie dinner is ready...Good luck and look forward to seeing more posts and updated pics.
