    Thanks guys for all the encouraging words and compliments. I really do feel 10 yrs younger too! I actually feel my age now (24) rather than 44. (not that thats old, lol.)

    Thanks guys. Yeah hard to believe how far I have come in just 2 months! 31 lbs!!!!

    It seems like longer than that. I feel like I have been on atkins for a yr now, haha.

    If things keep going the way they are (and there is no reason why they shouldnt if I put in the effort required) I will surely reach my goal by may 1st (my goal date).

    Cant wait till the day when I can say "I have lost 100 lbs thanks to atkins!"
