                When was the last time you did something for the first time? I love that saying and it will be my inspiration to show off WHEN ol' grizzly gets this weight off!!! You look great. You have no idea what a morale booster it is to see all of the pics of people before and after.

                    Grizzly, you'll get that weight off in no time, if you stick with this WOE. I love seeing everyone's before/during/after pics. It helps to keep me motivated to reach my goals.

                                    Awwww, tiff thanks hon. Yeah it really is me. Those two pics aren't the best ones I have for comparison, but the only ones I have scanned. I will work on some more.
