    my before picture


    here is my before picture hopefully it showed up lol, i wanted to post so i can search for it and post a during and after to see the difference, i wanted to put 2 more on here with this one if someone could tell me how im so lost at the computer.

    trying something here............... and we have lift off!

    Hi! If you go to the sticky in the beginning of the thread, it tells you how to do it. I think it is how to post a picture. I just did it for the first time today, and it worked. Good Luck!

            Hi thankyou for the comments they are so nice, i wanted to post the picture of me and my other daughter too but i need to know can i just add to that picture, and do you all have to click on the link to see the picture as i do, i followed the directions in the sticky but still lost lol.

                You've come to the right place. Be involved and the people in here will help keep you motivated. Always remember, the only dumb question is the one you never ask? Atkins can be tricky so in doubt, ask.
