    Okay, so here I am @ 206 ish lbs. Yuck! That was the best somewhat of a smile that I had my entire wedding day (October 2005).

    I will post a more recent pic soon. A friend is holding a couple hostage!

                  Stick with Atkins and you will get where you want to be.

                        i'm just getting to this and have to say what a beautiful bride! you certainly don't look 206 ish to me! are you sure your scale was telling you the truth?
