Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
so: Restart Progress: 12/28/09 ~ 235.1 01/04/10 ~ 229.0 01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr.... (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay) 01/18/10 ~ 227.4 01/5/10 ~ 226.8 02/01/10 ~ 222.6
You look great! RAF 'boot camp' military training isn't that far off. Congratulations on taking charge of your life and eating.
FWIW, My son is your age, joined USAF a few months ago and was happy he had exercised and toned up before joining. Recruiter told him what the goals were- he spent time running, pumping iron, building muscle. You're probably doing the same
Looking good...but if you're going for pilot I'd suggest starting training NOW on the weights in particular. Gear yourself towards endurance rather than size...you'll be needing it.
Definitely like the haircut change,btw!

lol i know that feeling people also tells me that I am basically another person, shoot! i wish I can have pictures of me when I was 280 o 270 I have when I was 240 or something like that I got a few when I was 175 around), I will upload them..
i enjoyed buying nice banana republic clothes, hehe everything looks good on me!! haha
