Can I just say that if I looked like that at 152 I wouldn't even bother with the rest. I weigh 147 and look a helluva lot fatter than that, so good job my friend!Comment

When I was 18 I started out at 250+ pounds and embarked on the atkins diet..
I'm back at 250 and am ready to go again and KEEP it off this time.
