Hey everybody, I hope everyone's progress is going well. I'm more of a reader than a poster here, even though I should get involved more with this great community!
I thought I'd just throw up a progress picture that might motivate someone or get some feedback.
The first picture is between 284-315 lbs...My highest weight ever was 315 and I think this is up there, but I started at 284. The middle picture is between 220-230, but from memory I believe it's 223 The last one was taken today after I woke up, lol ... at 182 pounds. Same clothes in middle and last picture. The pants (with a belt) are way too big and the shirt is getting there I think, because they are 38's and a large and I now have 32's-34's and own a few medium shirts.

My original long term goal was 185 back before I even started to lose weight. My new goal is 160-165, but that might change on how things go. My one year mark is February 13th, so I am going to go till then hitting it hard. Then I will either continue to 165-160 or start trying to build more muscle which is my 2007 goal.
