I started dieting with weight watchers when I was 334 pounds. I lost a lot of weight quickly and then stalled for 6 weeks. I really had a hard time with cravings so about 3 weeks ago I switched to Atkins. Since then I've lost 16 more pounds and am just loving it. When figuring starting weight I'm not sure whether I should call it 306 pounds (since thats what I was starting Atkins) or 334 pounds (since that was my pre-diet weight)but in my head it's 334 so that what I will go with for now.
