Hi, good luck with the goal. Although I think if you really stick to induction, you can expect to lose more than 5 lbs. by Feb 1st. Go for it! And you'll be amazed at how the weight will melt right off of you! I can't wait to see the after pictures! Let us know of your progress!
Thanks, I set such a "mini goal" b/c I tend to expect too much and then get discouraged when it doesn't happen... thus quitting. This way I'll really feel as if I've accomplished something if it's more than 5lbs!
