            GREAT JOB Tracie! 40 lbs. is alot of weight to lose. Imagine holding one of your kids (thats if they weigh about 40 lbs.) all the time. That's how much weight you've lost.

            Try carrying one of them up and down the stairs! That is awesome.

                  What's amazing is that i still have like 80 LBS to lose and i already feel like a new women! I think i might end up experiencing like 3 different women before i am done. LOL Thanks!
