Thumper, at my most frequent (which is when these pictures were taken, I was working out consistantly 6 days a week. 3 days I would walk/jog, and the other 3 I would cross train -- sometimes weights, sometimes elliptical, sometimes spin class. Those days were definitely a lighter workout (well, except for spin class, which was tough!). I was/am training to jog a half-marathon, which is this Sunday!
Now, my routine is less stringent. I still run three days a week, and play tennis one to two days, plus an extra day at the gym doing some kind of cross training. So, now my workouts are down to 5 days a week usually.
I actually miss my more strict routine and want to get back into it. After the (half) marathon, I will start working out in some classes, and I think hook up with a personal trainer! I still want to keep running, but will probably do it less often/less distance.
