    Thumper, at my most frequent (which is when these pictures were taken, I was working out consistantly 6 days a week. 3 days I would walk/jog, and the other 3 I would cross train -- sometimes weights, sometimes elliptical, sometimes spin class. Those days were definitely a lighter workout (well, except for spin class, which was tough!). I was/am training to jog a half-marathon, which is this Sunday!

    Now, my routine is less stringent. I still run three days a week, and play tennis one to two days, plus an extra day at the gym doing some kind of cross training. So, now my workouts are down to 5 days a week usually.

    I actually miss my more strict routine and want to get back into it. After the (half) marathon, I will start working out in some classes, and I think hook up with a personal trainer! I still want to keep running, but will probably do it less often/less distance.

        I've only just see these pics. Wow, unbelievable difference. Great idea taking a photo in the same workout gear - that way you can really keep track of the difference. You look so good...

          Wow! Looks like the Atkins way of life is really working for you! It's pictures like yours that also help me, and others, keep the faith. Way to go!

            I hate to look at these pictures of myself when I take new ones, but I always feel better when I compare them to the old ones... Still not there, but working on it!

                    Thanks, Gina, Sandy, and Terry. It actually helps me to go back and look at these from time to time, to remind myself where I've come from -- and where I still want to go! So, thanks for bringing them back up again...
