    63 pounds lost! YAY!

    these are my before pictures: this is at 282lbs: OMG!!!!!!

    THIS IS JUST SICKENING ME!!!

    and with my family...another before picture...i'm the one in the back)


    AND NOW, here is at 219 lbs. a 63 pound lost!!!:


    yeah, i know there is only one AFTER picture, but i just got a new digital camera, and i believe it takes a genius to work it, so in the meantime i'll figure out how to use the timer to take full body shots, I will post them soon!
