    jane.....thanks for the nice thoughts...my girlie was diagnosed with walking pneumonia! came on her in about one hour but she is on heavy meds and MUCH MUCH better today...feels strange to be home from work when i am feeling great.

    i did 30 minutes on the elliptical!! yea for me! i will do 30 this week. work up to 45 next week and then on to an hour...when i was doing an hour of cardio before it made a huge difference.....

    iyshiaf....this is the first time i have seen YOUR before and after pix....120 pounds in 6 months!!! you look AWESOME! you go girl! another great motivation for me....you guys rock (as my 11 year old says )

        You are looking great! Even in the before picture you could tell that you are a well put together women that took care with her appearance. In the "during photos" WOW! A women that takes good care of herself plus is 31lbs lighter! Shorter skirts in the next photo, ok? Thats my only issue.

          Bravo!! I think I read someone saying that you looked like the first pics daugter...so true, thats exactly what I thought!!! You look awesome!! Fabulous even!!

            Talking of the daughter/mum thing, I took my 15 year old cousin out on Saturday night, and her mum even said that we looked like sisters now - and you couldnt tell who was the eldest (I think she was over exaggerating - but I wasn't letting her take the compliment back!!!! hehe!!) and we always looked like mother and daughter!!!

            so yes Atkins makes your thinner and younger!!! hehe

                *hugs Jane* Ur doing so well! I'm so proud of you. You look so much younger and so beautiful in ur new pic. I cant wait for the summer and our trip to London. You have to wear a short skirt then! I will join ya! I've bought like 3 short skirts for goal, I can lend you one of mine!
                Ur such a inspiration to alot of people on here and a great motivation to everyone on the bikini challenge, including me. I cant thank you enough for being there for me xxx

                Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
