Hey everybody!!! Woo Hoo!!!

I finally made it into a size 38 jean! I am sooooooooooo happy. No more 3X Shirts!!! I'm wearing a 38 jean - an XL Shirt!

I've lost 75 out of 100 pounds! I've lost 10 inches off my waist!

I can't stop looking at my pictures......if I were a little girl, I'd be jumping up and down non stop!!!

This Way of Life works!!! This way of life is the only way of life!!

No more slip ups, no more cheats, no more complaints.....

No excuse!! This is absolutely freaking amazing!!! Sorry, I'm really excited right now!!!

Thank you Julie! I soooo wanted to wait until tomorrow to unveil so to speak, but.........when I looked at my before and now.......yikes!!! Thank you for all your support and compliments. I'm here for the long haul, so many of you ladies and gents have inspired me ....it's what made it work!!

Awesome man!!! You look great! I'm way inspired...and hey here's a shout-out from another atkins musician...LOL My before pics are here- www.doubleshot.piczo.com. this is my band's site ( I'm a drummer) I'm the big guy in the middle with the long hair....that pic was taken a month ago so all the band site pics can serve as my befores. I've been in induction for 5 days now ( started 3-26-07) and now have lost 6 pounds. I have to repeat that I'm inspired by your progress. We even kind of look alike!!!...lol Great job my musical brother!

You look like a completely different person. A much younger happier, more energetic person.

Joy - Thank you so much!!! Haha I can't stop smiling, I'm so happy. Remember when you emailed me around Christmas, I should have taken your advice then and came back, but it was almost disasterous! Thank you for all your compliments and advice and enthusiasm! Thanks for trying the REP, I've been running into that lately too!! lol!

Dream - Thank you too. I will be keep up the enthusiam and strength for you guys, this CAN be done! By the way, I tried that thing you guys were talking about with the cream cheese, cocoa powder and splenda.....I froze mine, and cut off a little 1 inch by 4 inch strip. Excellent stuff!! Like a pudding pop but....NOT! It was my celebratory dessert tonight! haha!
