50 lbs later here I am!
As you can see in my siggy Atkins Life Style has been great to me! I have lost over 50lbs on & off. I am sure if I had stayed on I would have done so much better! But I am back and have my 1st goal of 20 lbs in 3 months! Wish me luck!
