Juli you are so pretty!! Wow, what a change! I read a lot of your posts and advice you give. You are really an inspiration to me, I will be cheering you on!!!
I know EVERYONE here has said it but you look wonderful! I'm going to have dreams about the green dress and the cute shoes.
The word that comes to mind when I see the during pictures is "HEALTHY." Your skin is glowing, your hair is shiny and you look happy and confident. I am looking forward to being able to see results like that, the ones that don't come from the numbers on the scale but from treating yourself well and making the positive changes that are important to you.
And I love that you are more interested in finding your personal healthy weight than in seeing how low you can get your weight.
Thank you! Thanks for sharing, it really does help inspire us!
I would never believe that first picture is you. You've come a long way....and now you're running and kickboxing! Must be an amazing feeling. You're a great inspiration to a lot of us. Thanks for being so generous with your photos and all your great posts.
I definitely feel like a million bucks now. You can't even imagine how miserable I was in that "before" picture. I'd just hiked 3 miles and was exhausted, sweaty, and feeling so huge. I almost cried when I saw those pictures--in my mind I felt smaller and really had a hard time believing I was as large as I was. Now, thankfully I have the opposite problem--I'm still getting used to being smaller, and I never believe that something will fit me because I think I look bigger than I really am. That's why it's SOOOO important to take pictures and compare them often. Sometimes that's the only way our minds can grasp the changes we've made!
You look great, you've really done an amazing job! I loving following your progress because we basically started at the exact same time. Glad to see you doing so well!
