Well I've finally actually completed one true real day of induction, but I'm a little confused on the food, can I eat chicken from el pollo loco. Also does anyone have any advice in regards to speeding up the process.
Best of luck- you are very pretty in all your pictures...I love your eyes! Exercise and drink your water and don't weight more than once a month- those are the best tips I can give you so far- I'm only 24 days in myself! Concentrate on your measurements and see those inches flying off...Remember that any muscle toning exercise will add pounds on the scale cause muscle weighs more than fat so your scale numbers will fluctuate all the time.
Stop in and join the exercise challenges and the cheat free challenge- you'll be surprised at how committing to a challenge really motivates you to keep going...that and the shedding of inches.

Ok so its been exactly 2 weeks and i am now 214 lbs, I am really happy with my results, but if I could only start exercising regularly i'd be way better off.
I have an 8.5 month old at home and I know that it is very hard to find time to exercise- but even doing some sit ups at home and going for a long walk really makes a difference- I do exercise tapes after my baby is asleep as well. Any bit of exercise that you can work in makes a big difference. Good luck and congratulations!
