    Back on the Wagon!!!!

Two years ago I weighed 240 lbs. on April 9, 2005 I began the atkins WOE. I looked like this:

By Sept 2005 I had lost 50 lbs and was convinced this is the way to live!!! I looked like this:

Somwhere along the line, through the Nasty divorce, a New Relationship, coping with a difficult living situation, and 3 roudy boys to take care of I fell off the wagon. Tonight, I look like this:

I am re-committing myself to the way of live that I know WORKS, and has brought me so much happiness and a feeling of well being once before, I'm ready to get it back again. I realize I've blown my "1 golden shot", but I'm willing to deal with that to get the body that I know I deserve. Thanks for being here!!!

Welcome back Dawn! Jump in and get comfortable, join some challenges, read motivational stories, make lots of friends and create a plan to succeed. Don't look back, instead write out new solutions to cope with any obstacles that pop up again. Once you have it figured out beforehand, then when/if those challenges come, you'll have a plan to get through it without jeopardizing your WOE.

So happy to have you join us! Keep us posted on your progress. You'll soon be back in control and feeling like a million!!

That "golden shot" theory is a load of bull-honky! I'm on my second time around and I'm actually going to make it to goal. No, I didn't lose as much on induction my second time around, but we're talking 13 pounds instead of maybe 15. The difference most likely being water anyway.

If you want it, you know what it'll take to get it and it WILL happen if you work the plan. Glad to see you back.
