      Thanks!

When I first started, I wasn't doing any exercise. I was too big/out of shape. (I know know that was an excuse, no matter what your weight, EVERYONE can do SOMETHING.....no matter how little).

See, my signature has my starting weight at 406, but that's not exactly true. I had a 400 pound scale, and when I started, I weighed 'E'! It wasn't until two weeks into the diet that I finally got a scale reading of 406. We all know the first two weeks of induction are major weight loss, so I was probably more like 436.

I went to the YMCA, got on the commercial quality equipment, and it said I was too heavy when I put my weight in. I got on the elliptical anyways, and 30 seconds later though I was about to die. So, for the first two months, I just did the diet until I got down to about 370. Then, I hit the treadmill, just walking 1 mile at first, gradually got up to 2 miles......then I went back to the elliptical. I feel as though it's a better work-out with less impact on the body.

At my peak weight loss, I was doing 45 to 60 minutes of cardio every morning before work. And three times a week, I'd do full body weight training.

Now that I'm back on board, I'm doing an hour of cardio every other day, but I'm working my way up to 2 hours of cardio a day and weight training every other day. I really want to lose faster this time around. I mean, like biggest loser fast!

Sorry for running on! Hope you are successful.
