            Wow....huge change...looks like you lost more than 20 lbs. You lose your weight well. I lose in places that don't initially matter and surely unnoticable, like my ankles!
            Great job. Keep up the good work. Anyone to share in this transformation....a spouse, partner, family members, kids....its always good to hear positive comments from them. Have you heard any that have boosted your ego a bit? You look great, so hopefully you have.....

            and side note.......Good taste in flooring.......I have the same flooring throughout my house that you have in your bathroom. Mine is a little darker ("chocolate" by Armstrong flooring I think).

                        This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

                        I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!

                            Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                            On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                            Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                            Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
