This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.
I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!Comment

Wow .. now that is inspiring. I was on the board about 2 years ago and lost approx. 47 pounds... and did not stay with it... So I am back, and I have to say by far that you are quite an inspiration! Keep up the awesome work!!!34/F/Ind.
