    I am embarrassed to post pictures of myself looking bad-I have a bad habit of deleting any evidence of my weight gain--but seeing everyone else doing it and the comraderie made me feel like I could. Some of the pictures are unclear, but it was what I could come up with.

    This is an odd setup, but this is my second time on Atkins, so I have after pictures before my before pictures First time on Atkins--This is what I am working towards--not at my thinnest but at my comfortable maintenence weight. This is where I want to be again, I couldn't maintain my thinnest without drastic measures:

    Now, here is the hard part--this is my weight before starting back up again. Actually, this is 5 lb down from the start weight, but nothing had shown yet. I am the blonde on the left--it is hard to tell that is the same girl--

    This one is kind of fun--the most recent picture I have is at my wedding dress fitting this week. Since my fiance isn't on this site any time soon, I will post it. It is only another 12 lb down, and you can't see my face, but I have a waist! And that is AFTER I loosened the corset to breathe.


    Well, hopefully soon I'll have even better looking ones to post! If the wedding doesn't ruin my diet. I am not missing out on champagne. Sorry, but that can't happen.

    we certainly can tell it's the same girl! th beautiful smile shows through no matter what the scale says.

    we look forward to your progress pics and slim and trim and get yourself back to that first pic.

              I think that you look beautiful in both pictures... weightloss takes time so as long as you commit you'll reach your goal.. Good Luck with everything and keep updating the pictures of you melting!! lol

                    I love the way you put the goal weght pic first. That's something to work toward! But, you still look fab in the wedding dress. Can't wait to see more pics!

                      Congratulation on the lbs lost so far. I have to commend you for posting your after pictures before you get there. You've been there once or maybe more than once so you know what it feels like to be there. You look amazing in your after pic and already beautiful in your bridal dress.

                      You're in the right place sweety. It doesn't get better than this. All you have to do is enjoy every second of your wedding planning and don't over stress about your image. I've been there, done that the first time I got married and now I regret not enjoying it cuz I was too worried about what I looked like.

                      Please, please enjoy. You are already gorgeous!

                        You are a Ray of Sunshine Chubb Rock! Jimmies right, You have a beautiful smile and try to remember, it's the beauty within us that truly make us who we are. The physical aspect is just a bonus. Congrats on your wedding coming up. What a beautiful dress for a beautiful lady!
