      At risk of being totally off topic I made my headpeice--

      I guess I shouldn't tell the weight-loss community I spent 20 hours twisting wire and pearls and crystals that I could have been excercising




      The wedding is in a month--and another 2 lb gone, so hopefully at least maybe 5 more before the day? I'll be sure to post real pictures, the dress is actually heavily beaded that you can't see from my crummy mobile phone shots.

              Hey fellow expat-

              I just noticed this thread right now. You look great - both "before" and "after"! I am at roughly the same starting point on Atkins as you so that picture really helps me see what is possible for me to attain. Your "before" shot is truly inspirational and I will echo the sentiments here that your dress is truly lovely. Very regal!

              I am in love with your homemade crown...gorgeous!
