    Here goes nothing!

    This is me on holiday in June, I have since lost a stone, not on Atkins but on Lipotrim which, if you read my other post you will see has given me some 'eating issues'



    This is me with the 1st stone gone, dont have a full body pic but will post after a couple of weeks on this WOE



    To be fair, Lipotrim has given me a good kick start and I only have 2 stone to lose now. I KNOW atkins can help me do this and also get a better perspective on food and a healthy way of life.

    I can see the difference in your face ! You look GREAT.

    How many pounds have you lost? Not sure how to calculate stones.

      Oh sorry, I always forget that we measure things differently! lol! It's 14lbs I have lost and 28 more I want to lose xx

            I can see lots of progress from your pictures. Your face has definitely lost weight. I think that you look wonderful!


            P.S. Where was that holiday pic taken? The sea and that beach looks divine.

                Hi!

                Yes a stone is 14lbs, I like weight better in stones, sounds a LOT lighter than lbs! lol!

                The pic was in Sharm El Sheik in Egypt, it was truly beautiful. You should go if you ever get chance
