You are SUCH an inspiration, I have had sooo many excuses this year to go on and off atkins... had throat problems, and FINALLY had surgery in April........ BUT now that I come back here and see pics like yours I get SOOOO motivated. You look FABULOUS!!!!!!! Great job!!

Thanks everyone for all the nice comments! I havent been on here in awhile and I was actually feeling a little down about the fact that I can't seem to get past this 146 lbs. I keep going up and down between 146 and 150. Arghhh!

I know what you mean...you have a bad day or two and you think OMG :yikes I'm going to gain back everything I just lost in those two days...it scares the **** out of you enough to try and get your motivation back lol.
You look gorgeous and should be very proud of yourself! It sounds like you are at a stall. I have had many stalls along the way and have found that adding a little extra water and exercise helps out tremendously..even if you are just parking your car a little farther from the entrance when you go somewhere each time, or walking around the block when you don't normally. Every little bit helps, right? :nod
