                            -Current : 171 12/21/2007

                            -goal weight : 140ish-150

                            RESTART 4/1/2010 WEIGHT 241 GOAL 150.
                            Went totally off atkins now i'm right back where I started in 2007. 75 POUNDS were lost and gained BACK AUGH.
