I've decided to post a couple of pictures that were taken this weekend in Laughlin, Nevada. I still have a ways to go, but have lost about 6 pounds (more in inches) since 6/18/07. I will post more in a couple of months.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

just remember your water intake. there was a whole week i forgot about it myself and it didnt help me at all.
