Well I decided to post some pics up here after kinda lurking around the boards every now and then. My "during" pictures are from about 4 to 5 months into a low carb diet but sadly I've slipped the last few months and gained 20 lbs back. My start weight was somewhere around 270lbs and in the shirtless pictures I was weighing around 215lbs. Currently I'm up to 234lbs but I'm trying to get back into a good diet and exercise routine again.

Just thought I'd share - also I'd like to point out that I did not follow an induction phase. I simply cut most carbs out of my diet. I ate more green vegetables than what was aloud on the Atkins plan and every Saturday I would have a cheat meal of WHATEVER I wanted. I ate ALOT of chicken breast and drank protein shakes (whey protein and ice water) in between meals.
