        Went totally off atkins now i'm right back where I started in 2007. 75 POUNDS were lost and gained BACK AUGH.

            Thank you, everyone! I can tell a difference in my energy level and my mood. My husband doesn't have a clue about this but he knows something is up because in his last email, he asked me if I started taking prozac!!! So, I have to bring my energy level down when I send him emails. He's starting to think that something is up. Thanks again everybody!

              No wonder you look so happy in those pictures - you look terrific. I'll bet your husband's going to grin just as much when he sees you. And what a hard secret to keep. I'd be bursting to tell him, but what a fun surprise.
