  • split up for image count...

    I've gotta take new pics in that white tee and black pant outfit (I'm going to track my progress in the same clothes...)

    But as for these pics, the first 3 are from about 2 weeks before I started Atkins this time around (mid-end Feb 2007)... the next two are from 5-30-07 when I was about 166 lbs. and the last one was about a week or so ago - around the mid 150's...

          just wanted to mention if anyone was looking at that weight chart that giant spike in the middle is when I went off Atkins for a weekend (my dad's wedding) I went off all weekend...

                            did you stick to a specific work out plan?.. Was it hard for you to stay on strict induction?

                              It was not hard the first few weeks because I was so motivated to lose and had a close friend doing it along with me - i stayed on extended induction for this whole time and after a few months a few bites of things would pop in my mouth here and there...


                              shamefully, i have not excerised but once and that was a few days ago (pilates for 10min)...
                              HOWEVER! I am a waitress in a very fast-paced restaurant and I break a sweat for at least 20 minutes straight at least 5 days a week (i work 7 days a week)
