            Holy smokes. I've been looking for inspiration... I think I just found it! You look fabulous and HAPPY! That's the important part.
            GOALS
            *to be a healthy example for my daughter
            *to take mommy-baby swimming lessons and not fret about my body in a bathing suit
            *to quell my anxiety-fueled desire for sugar
            *have a family portrait taken and feel and look good
             *to use my elliptical for something other than a clothes rack
            *to be able to wear my engagement & wedding rings
            *no longer Morbidly Obese 223#
            *Onederland 199#
            *Overweight, not Obese 191#
            *A happy, healthy 170#

                Wow your transformation is so inspiring! I just started atkins after three years. First time I went from size 18 to size 14. Working out hard this last year I got to size 12 but gosh I'd love to get to an 8 (so jealous). Now i'm trying to combine diet and exercise to get there.... hopefully. But seriously, big kudos for you!!!!

                            Thanks everyone!

                            Ebony: If you have been stalled for 2 months on extended induction YOU NEED TO MOVE TO OWL! Moving on to OWL is my saving grace. This is my first week adding bread. I lost 3 lbs 2 days after eating my first slice! Move to OWL and break that stall!!
