    Finally posting before and after pics!

    I'm not at goal weight, but I finally have the confidence to post some before and after pics!

    This is before, at my high weight of 239.5:



    This is me currently (last night, actually with my new nephew!!) at 205:



    I was always the little skinny girl with big boobs in HS ....size 7/8 and thought I was fat. Geez...if I knew then what I know now....and all the other cliches...LOL!!!


    Anyway! Back to our regular scheduled programming!

        Great job! Isn't it amazing how just eating the right foods in teh right way can make us more confident peeps? You are doing wonderfully, keep up the great work.

                        Great job you can see the difference, So funny that my sister and I used to call each other Fat A** when we used to argue and she was a size 5 and I was a 3 your right if only i knew then!lol
