I can tell too, but let me make a suggestion. Here there's a saying. "A dress hides a mess" and you really should take some pics of yourself in more fitted clothing to really see the difference. There's no telling what you've lost in your thighs or back area, you just can't see it with loose fitting clothes. YOU DON'T have to post those tighter clothes pics, but I beg you to take them and compare them again in 1 month then 3 months, you'll see the difference in all it's glory.

I see a smaller you. You are like me, we will get smaller overall rather than losing the belly first. Great job so far, keep it up!

I see it in your face, arms and legs drastically- I also see it in your tummy. Keep going- and keep taking pictures- I didn't see my first 40 pounds but other people still noticed- people that see you everyday will not necessarily notice the changes, but I guarantee that someone that hasn't seen you in a bit will.

I see a huge change too Kat!!! Please don't give up because it's how you feel that matters and the clothes/measurments will tell the difference!! People who see you everyday do not see the change cuz it will be sligtly changing everyday..So don't worry about it you are doing great and a great imspiration to me who is just starting out!! I can definitely see a difference, your face has thinned out, your neck is smaller. You look like your hips and waist have shrunk also.. Keep going...40 lbs. is a great accomplishment!

I think its tough to judge by the reactions of people who see you everyday (ie they adjust with the gradual loss as you lose it) which is why these side by sides help! =)

You are doing WONDERFUL! I definitely can see a difference and I like that outfit in your during picture. Please don't worry about if folk say anything or not. God is faithful and knows when we need some encouragement. He will send that compliment just in time like on here. We support you.

Remember this, not everyone will celebrate you. Some people on tolerate you and for this reason you must celebrate YOURSELF. Keep up the good work.
