Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.
Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
so:

12/28/09 ~ 235.1
01/04/10 ~ 229.0
01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
(Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

YOU TOO WOW! My daughter is doing it also (she's 14 and she never cheats...) - She is on her second week and she has lost 9 lbs.
I started having leg cramps recently and just got some potassium to take (dr's suggestion).

Thanks so much everyone for your comments and well wishes! Sorry I haven't responded until now...no access to the internet. Well where I work I sit connected to the internet all day and it kills me cuz we can't go to any outside websites!!!

I knew you were going to stick with it after the first week. Your determination was like I had never seen before and I've known you all your life. You even inspired me , the biggest skeptic, to start Atkins.
You have taken control of your life and I am so proud of you. You are my little sis and I love you with all my heart. It's a joy to see you happy again, it's sure been a long time. We have had a tough 10 years but its time we start living again. I know Mom is smiling down on you with pride in her eyes. You have accomplished so much and you deserve this big long distance ((((HUG)))).
