      I have a pretty strict workout routine. I workout 6 days a week. M,W, Fri. are with my trainer. Those days I will work out for about 2.5 to 3 hours. We rotate 1 day chest and tricepts, 1 day shoulders and back and biceps, then legs and abs. Then on my other days I do 45 min. cardio and a full ab workout. Thanks for all of your feedback.

        2.5 - 3 hours!! I only do 5 x one hour a week....maybe i need to put more time into the gym. What cardio do you do? What involves a full ab workout? Sorry to be nosey but just wana see if I improve my current routine at all.

        Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
        On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
        Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
        Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

          My cardio is 45 min on the eliptical. one min at a low incline and slower paced, then 2 min. at a very high incline at a running pace. My full ab workout is 15 reps on the ab weight machine straight then both sides. I do 70 then 60 then 50lbs. I do 25 crunches on the ball, then 15 leg raised where I lay on my back, put my legs straight out, about 6 inches from the ground and raise straight up and slowly down. I do three sets of the full routine. On the days I do my workout with my trainer, also do another half hour of cardio.
