  • I'm Back Hopefully for Good

    So I got off track for a couple months and just stalled at about 225, but now i'm back, so here are more before and during pics to keep me going. Any advice on staying on track would be a godsend.

    Mini Goal 2 : 210
    Mini Goal 3 : 200 Met 11/1/2007
    Mini Goal 4 : 185
    Mini Goal 5 : 165
    Mini Goal 6 : 150

    (My other goal is to be 185 by 11/25/2007, but thats a prayer)

      very nice to meet you...I just keep my fat pic on the frudge and in my closet...a constant remind when I am attempting to justify jumping off the wagon. I also frequent the boards to be inspired. It will come...when you try on clothes you have not worn in years and they fit or almost fit just remember that nothing taste as good as thin feels. Good luck and keep us posted
