    OKAY BEEN ON ATKINS FOR ABOUT 4 WEEKS NOW..LOST ABOUT 19 POUNDS..I GUESS CAN POST A DURING PIC..DON'T REALLY SEE A DIFFERENCE

                  Muffy I see a difference. The during photo shows a slimmer face and even your shoulders look like they are getting smaller. 19 pounds is awesome. Go to the store and pick up 20 pounds of dog-food and you will see just how much weight you've lost!! Congratulations!
