My friend made a great suggestion regarding photo journaling. She said o wear the same thing each time you have a pic done. So I have decided mine is going to be that black bikini I have cause it shows more definition that my baggy frumpy clothes. But I do suggest the idea of wearing the same thing each time so you can also see more clearly the results.

Someone made that suggestion to me as well, but I had already thrown away the bigger clothes - not wanting to look at them anymore.
