            Thanks for sharing!!

I love this quote from her blog..."Anyone can go on a diet; that’s easy; but you have to change your mind first if you want to succeed"---oh, how true indeed.

I wonder the same thing...where did the skin go? I know it's elastic and takes a LOT of work to get the skin to "go back" (gee that's not the right word)....hmm...something to ask for sure.

Fair enough..but what about the arms/legs?

I know several people that have removed that kind of weight and *all* of them- without exception- have either had or desperately want an arm lift too.

I dunno. I'm skeptical like that.

If she is everything she says she is- she's been hugely blessed genetically and she's done an amazing job!!

Re: now thats what i call transformation

i am not sure about arm lift..one thing is for sure taht she lost the weight..even if she had a tummy tuck or body lift..if doesnt take the credit away from her
she was on CNN,so i think she lost the weight by working out/exercising no short cuts like abdominoplasty or things like that.

Oh I'm not debating that at all, sadie. Guess you could say I"m more than a little skeptical of such claims these days- especially after this whole Kimmer fiasco. Unfortunately, all that proved is that it doesn't necessarily matter if you're on TV or in a magazine. Ugh.

If that's her (and from the befores/afters it certainly *does* look like it is!) The surgery doesn't negate the work, no two ways about it!

Tell me tell me tell me. What was the Kimmer fiasco? I haven't heard this. Sounds interesting. I know who Kimmer is. Well, not personally...but you know.

2 years or 24 months.. at 180lbs is an average loss of 7.5 lbs lost a month and very reasonable. If the weight loss is particularly gradual, you don't see as much loose skin, either with people who exercise in addition to the dieting.

She's quite fit, not just small-look at her weight training photos. You can tell she put in a lot of time weight lifting and toning, another reason she doesn't have the sacks of extra skin, I would speculate.

Nahh. She's admitted to surgery, Grovemonkey- the rest is being blessed with incredible genetics so far as sagging/loose skin is concerned. You're either blessed with the elasticity or you're not.

Most of us aren't....and it sucks.

But yes, she's in incredible shape, for sure!!!
