    It's been a while, but here are a few pics...

    Before at about 315lbs




    During at about 200




    Now at 190




    I'll post the after shots, once I hit goal...only 25 more lbs to go!

                      You are such a beautiful woman. I think you are such a testament to this WOL for following it through your pregnancy (maintenance levels, of course) and maintained your weight loss postpartum. That's just fantastic! You deserve MAJOR kudos. Those 25 lbs will fly off in no time and you'll be at goal.

                        Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                        Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                        so:

                        12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                        01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                        01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                        (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
