Hi all well I have been sabotaging myself a lot this month. I keep asking myself why and I am not sure why. But I am trying to get a handle on it. At any rate I did lose 8 lbs and a few inches..But total loss is at 20 lbs and 13 & 1/2 inches. Here is my before pic's and the latest pics(taken on the 14th my weigh-in day) hopefully you will be able to tell the difference. I only weigh in and measure once a month. I did find something to curb my Chocolate craving...cool whip with 2 spoons of baking chocolate and one splenda packet!! Very, very good and hits the spot!! I found out that I am approved for SSI and waiting to hear how much my benefits will be. But that SSI is a GodSend for me. I am disabled with Rheumatoid Arthritis(i have to use a quad-cane to get around) and Firbromylagia and a few other nasties! And have been trying to get on SSI for a long time now, 2 years!! That has been stressing me out big time, plus having problems with my oldest son who is turning 25 today. Anyhow I still have about 95 lbs to go to reach goal by june of next year. I am planing to go to Cozumel Mexico to celebrate my weight loss..it is my reward to myself. So i am scrimping and saving every penny!! Anyhow I hope to weigh around 135 by then!!! I sure hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving i can not weight..hehehe..gobble gobble!!Cheryl~

doing great.....guess what i just had for lunch????

i cut up green peppers, onions, celery, cauliflower and shrimp......simmered it in a pan on low heat for about 15 minutes. while it was simmering....i also cut up a tomato and threw it in there. i loved it, but thats me.....

i have somehow gotten past all those cravings and i dont really know how i did it. today i hit another low weight and i am just a few pounds away from my first mini-goal weight of 260.

its great that you are posting here....and i am glad i have you now on my myspace page too. i am in your corner for this entire journey, i got your back

you should start a journal chat...i did but i wish more people would respond ..........i guess it all takes a little time.

Thank you all for your comments!!

Thanks Jess and don';t worry sweety you CAN do this!! It is wonderfully easy cuz you get to really eat and feel full on great foods!! stay at it sweety!!

Thanks Adena Wow you look great girl love your pics!!! And I am trying my best to stay away from the self sabbotage and i have decided it is the devil trying to stop me from being fit and finally happy.. He hates it when were happy..

Thanks Hopejoy i pray it gets better too!! I know having the weight off the joints will help, but it really won';t make the RA better dern it..For that I take a study drug right now...It seems to be working excpet for when the weather changes and then nothing helps!!...

Thanks so much Sally I hope to keep it up thru the two holidays coming up, and now that i have a chocolate fix i think i can make it!!

Thanks Chris!! where is your journal and how do you start one?? Anyhow whatever you made sounded like it tasted wonderful!! I have kinda had the tummy bug again for the past two days so i have not ate much.

Anyhow I better go and get some laundry done..hugs to all Cheryl~
