    Before and After pics!!!

    I lost a total of 14lbs. I started the atkins months ago. Havent posted in here for a while. It took me about 5 months of constant binge eating, body weight going up and down.. The Newest picture was only taken a few months ago! May start the atkins again soon to lose a tiny bit more! Anyways, heres the pic... Im so much happier!!!

      Thanks for sharing your photos. Good job on the -14 pounds. Yes, living this life-style makes us so much happier and healthier. You look great. Don't be a stranger Danny.
