Before and 3 months later

    Before and 3 months later

    A long way to go yet, but as I think you can see I am a LOT happier. Believe it or not I thought I was smiling in the before one when it was being taken. It was actually taken when I was about 10 days in and had lost over 12 lbs already.
    Horrendous, awful time. So happy it's behind me.

              Wow, Kate! You are doing great! Look how much you've shrunk through the torso. That's got to feel FANTASTIC!
