Yes, I can see you are losing inches.
Have you taken measurements? If not, do it now. You'll see where your body is shrinking. Are your clothes getting loose? For motivation...go to the store and pick up 40 pounds of dog food and carry it around for 5 minutes, you'll be able to appreciate that you've eliminated that much weight.
