      Ohhhhhh...you mean YOU lost 6.2 feet of fat. I thought you meant you kicked a tall fat guy out! I wanna know who that imposter was in your 'before' love handle pics! You don't have any love handles. You couldn't even pinch an inch! You look amazing!

                  When I was 18 I started out at 250+ pounds and embarked on the atkins diet..
                  I'm back at 250 and am ready to go again and KEEP it off this time.

                      LOL, yes actually. I get on cam in the stickam.com chat rooms and there are a few who call me AL, lol...I have a pic with the both of us, I was about 20 lbs heavier but the resemblance is there, here it is:

                            Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                            Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                            so:

                            12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                            01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                            01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                            (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

                                -goal weight : 140ish-150

                                RESTART 4/1/2010 WEIGHT 241 GOAL 150.
                                Went totally off atkins now i'm right back where I started in 2007. 75 POUNDS were lost and gained BACK AUGH.
