                        Wow! that's it, just wow! Amazing work!

                        How long did it take you to get from 185 down to your current weight? I only ask because I recently restarted myself, about a month ago and I have been excercising like crazy, your weight is really close to my goal too. It took me so long last time to get down to 165 well actually the lowest I got was 157, man I am so mad for letting myself gain weight. OH well I am not spending time beating myself up about it I'm here working it and I'm going to get there and then to my goal, finally!

                            hey yoly, 6/8/07 is when I restarted at 185. it took me almost 6 months to lose the 35 lbs. But still that's almost 6 lbs a month lost so I'm not complaining!
